Payment processing

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed, not at the time of dispatch. All transactions use Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout system. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. International customers may see additional currency conversion fees from their own bank or card issuer.

Order confirmation

Once payment is authorised, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the amount charged.

Failed payments

Orders aren’t confirmed if payment can’t be processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment verification fails.

Billing disputes

If you spot a billing error, contact us straight away — we aim to resolve billing queries within 5 business days of being notified.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of your return being received and checked (see our Refund Policy for full details).
